SAN FRANCISCO – (BUSINESS WIRE) –
Udemy, a leading destination for online learning and teaching, today released the “July 2021 Workplace Learning Skills Index”, Which identifies the most in-demand skills consumed by organizations around the world in July. With access to learner-generated workplace learning activity on Udemy’s corporate product, Udemy Business, Udemy believes it’s in a good position to identify skills as they gain momentum and deliver timely courses that employees need to stay ahead of the curve.

“As we step out of crisis mode and create something unusual and new – a hybrid model that mixes virtual and in-person work – it is imperative that leaders have the pulse of the skills needed at any given time. Said Cara Brennan Allamano, senior vice president of people, places and learning at Udemy. “Relevant skills are not limited to the latest technological skills. I believe that now more than ever, providing employees with the means to master soft skills such as emotional intelligence, communication and creativity is of critical importance to the long-term success of an organization.

The July Learning Index analyzes skills learned by employees, with data generated by thousands of Udemy Business customers around the world.
