YossiG is looking for a designer who will add value to both our team and our business. He / She will design projects from concept to final presentation, and assist the lead designer with any help needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the lead designer through all phases of a project, from proposal to delivery.

  • Produce construction documents to support design concepts.

  • Produce and review project proposals and final specifications.

  • Help coordinate details of architectural and interior design projects.

  • Coordinate with architects and external consultants throughout all phases of the project.

  • Produce detailed Sketch-Up drawings and 3D renderings using Photoshop.

  • Close collaboration and communication with the design team, clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.

  • Assist the company in daily tasks, follow-ups, problem solving and communication with customers.

  • Implements and uses company standards for all projects and processes.

  • Must be able to manage to work on a variety of types and sizes of projects at the same time.

  • Manage several simultaneous projects.

  • Present aspects of the project within the team and participate in client meetings.

  • Possess a creative talent in conceptual design and hand or computer sketch rendering skills.

  • Advanced skills in spatial planning and interest in programming.

  • Knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, material application and manufacturer-supplier suitability.

  • Advanced knowledge of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), architectural / interior finishes, lighting, artistic signage, color and materials to achieve the design intent.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 3+ years of design experience

  • Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and rendering programs with strong graphic and digital presentation skills including Photoshop

  • Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Up to date with local and global trends in the design industry

  • A fast-paced work environment with room for improvement

  • Good understanding of construction materials and techniques.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects

  • Knowledge of interior building codes and standards is a plus

  • FF&E sourcing online and in New York showrooms.

  • Work under pressure, produce deliverables and meet deadlines

  • Collaborative and professional work ethic

Hours and remuneration:

  • Full time / In the office

  • Working hours: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

  • Compensation: $ 45,000 – $ 60,000 annually
