I have just started using as3 and i am trying some of the examples on the website.

However, i keep getting the follwoing error: "1037:Package cannot be nested"

What does this mean and how can i resolve it.

Furthermore, when i open the .swc file, it claims that it is an unrecognised file format.

Please please help

I`m a new and green, not only in AS and Pv3D but in coding itself.Started just for fun few months ago, and after while became addicted nutcase.. YOU HELPED ME A LOT in becoming complete Pv3D-Flash addict and now I need Your help, AGAIN.. I`m sure this is not right place to ask but simply don`t no where would this req. fit.
Suddenly everything I`ve ever made in Pv3d doesn`t work...and Everything I try to do(when test movie) leads me to same errors, here`s few of them:
DefaultLineCuller.As.line15,16,19 etc
1119: Access of possibly undefined property material through a reference with static type Particle.
AutoAlphaPlugin.As, line 56
3590: void used where a Boolean value was expected. The expression will be type coerced to Boolean.
CameraObject3D
1060: Migration issue: The method isEmpty is no longer supported. Use the Rectangle.isEmpty property instead..
Please help I`m desperate....

I'm looking for the interactive cube example which is in your archive. What I have is a simple 3D menu which has a movie clip on a face of a cube containing several other movie clips which make up the navigation hot spots. Movie clip mouse events work fine when using a movieMaterial, but I want the movie material shaded so I'm pulling it into a shaded material. Does the shaded material simply make the movie clip into a bitmap, thereby eliminating the navigation? Is there a way to make a nicely shaded movie clip material? Thanks!

Last time I come across a trouble which is I can't visit Pablo Bandin's site. With the warmly help, I have watched the tutorial video! Do thank a lot. Now another problem is...I used to be a java-programer, now I am interested in as 3, luckily I can easily understand those example on pv3d.org, but I have little idea about 3Ds things, I know camera, scene, plane, etc... BUT I don't have the basic 3D concept~~~, so I can't writing my own code... I feel I totally outside pv3d...and feel down. could u introduce some documents or books which give a general concept about how things work in PC-3D-Model to HELP get in role.
