There are some color values shared across file-types. Those probably won’t be addressed in the first release, but you can edit those on your own under Windows->Preferences. I hope to make it a more robust tool for all eclipse colors are it matures.

How will this effect themes for other perspectives/files; like ANT editing, XML editing, Javascript, etc… ?
